Job summary

RRD Company is seeking a Warehouse/Manufacturing Associate for the 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:00 PM, Mon–Fri, with some weekends and overtime as needed). The role focuses on operating forklifts, moving finished products, and supplying materials to Production & Manufacturing to keep lines running smoothly.

Pay ranges from $16.50 to $18.00 per hour with overtime as needed. The position emphasizes safety, inventory control, housekeeping, and adherence to all regulations.

Qualifications

• Must know forklift height, width, and load capacity; able to judge clearance for safe movement.
• Able to determine doorway/aisle dimensions for safe forklift operation.
• Knowledge of storage layout to locate items with minimal instructions.
• Skilled in operating forklifts in tight spaces and loading/unloading.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to move finished product for shipping or storage.
• Supply Manufacturing Department with materials as needed.
• Stage product to be moved or shipped.
• Rack unused supplies and maintain inventory of items.
• Transport and process manufacturing paper by-products.
• Perform routine daily inspections on hoist and report maintenance needs.
• May include battery service duties and lubricating moving parts.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
