Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator for the day shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) in Arden Hills, MN.

You will join our warehousing team to perform front-line processes that ensure the timely delivery of final products and support inbound/outbound shipments with forklift operations. Responsibilities include selecting products from racks, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, staging orders, and keeping the work area clean and safe.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience in a warehouse
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Process orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and staging for delivery
• Operate forklift on a daily basis and use plant machinery as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Comply with all safety processes and procedures, and assist with cycle counts
