Job summary

RRD is seeking a forklift operator for 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:00 PM, Monday–Friday with some weekends/overtime). Pay ranges from $16.50 to $18.00 per hour. Responsibilities include operating equipment to move finished product, supplying materials, staging shipments, and maintaining inventory of items.

Safety policies must be followed, including hazardous waste handling and lockout-tagout rules. Additional duties may include battery service, LP/Propane changes, and upkeep of a clean, safe

Qualifications

• Must know how high, wide, and long the forklift truck is and its load capacity.
• Able to identify doorway/aisle clearances for forklift movement.
• Knowledge of storage layout to place items without detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment to move finished product for shipping or storage.
• Supplies Manufacturing Department with materials as needed.
• Stages product to be moved or shipped.
• Racks unused supplies and maintains an inventory of items.
