Job summary

AriensCo in Shepherdsville, KY is seeking a self-starting forklift operator to join our Henry's team. This full-time role supports material handling and production workflow in a fast-paced outdoor power equipment environment.

The shift is Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm, with a pay of $22.00 per hour. Qualified candidates will operate forklifts, manage inventory, and ensure safe, accurate material movement.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day.
• Must be able to use hands to position parts in place.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies.
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Demonstrated experience in safely operating a forklift and other material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials and parts to support outdoor power equipment manufacturing.
• Inventory management and accurate storage of raw materials and components.
• Operate machinery and tooling required to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain adherence to standard work procedures for quality.
• Record material movements in AS400 data system.
• Load and unload materials onto trucks as needed.
• Provide setup support to ensure smooth operations.
