Job summary

XPO is seeking a Forklift Operator to join its dock operations in Columbus, OH. You will sort, load, and unload freight, operate forklift and pallet jacks, and ensure cargo is secured inside trailers while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform basic math, with or without calculator.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sort, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight efficiently.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack and other loading equipment.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools.
• Adhere to safety policies and use handheld devices to scan shipments.
