First Quality Products is seeking a forklift operator to move materials, load and unload goods, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse. You will support inventory movement, FIFO rotation, and collaboration with production teams to meet delivery schedules.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment; prior forklift experience is essential for success in this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year forklift experience in manufacturing or warehouse.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials.
• Transport subassembly and raw materials to the warehouse for storage.
• Organize the warehouse for optimal performance.
• Maintain FIFO material rotation system.
• Create/Receive Standard Transfer Orders (STO's).
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods throughout the facility.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts and report issues.
