Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking an Equipment and Machine Operator in North Carolina for our production lines. The role emphasizes safety, accurate weighing, and proper setup of the mixer system to produce required compounds.

You will read procedures, interpret safety rules, operate forklifts, and work with materials to ensure accurate batch formulations while maintaining a clean, efficient work area and following policy directions.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense to follow written or diagrammed instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up the mixer system to produce compound for production.
• Weigh each ingredient in the correct order to match formulations.
• Operate forklift to supply materials to the weigh station.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and report issues promptly.
