Job summary

Gojob is immediately hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a global logistic company located in Shelbyville, KY. You will move materials within the warehouse and load/unload materials onto or from vehicles using a forklift, reach-truck, order picker, pallet jack or other heavy material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Education or Equivalent.
• 6 months forklift experience required.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Use material handling equipment to load and unload designated trailers.
• Move and store materials within the warehouse.
• Pick, verify and pack orders according to standard practice.
• Load goods into trailers or other transport vehicles used for distribution.
• Conduct Pre and Post audits of MHE.

You will be responsible for moving materials within the warehouse and the loading/unloading of materials onto or from vehicles utilizing a forklift, reach-truck, order picker, pallet jack or other heavy material handling equipment. Shift & Pay:

• 1st Shift: Mon - Fri, 10am - 6:30pm or 11am - 7:30pm - $20/hr

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Use material handling (MH) equipment to load and unload designated trailers
• Use MHE to move and store materials within the warehouse
• Use MHE to pick, verify and pack orders according to operational standard practice
• Use MHE or other designated equipment to load goods into trailers or other transport vehicles used for distribution
• Conduct Pre and Post audits of MHE

Requirements

• High School Education or Equivalent
