PepsiCo Inc. in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a warehouse worker to load and unload pallets, prepare orders, and safely operate a forklift after training. The role supports the delivery of Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos, keeping the supply chain running for the communities we serve.

You will join a fast-paced environment with emphasis on safety and teamwork. Shifts start at 8:00 pm and run until the work is completed, often including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift 15–50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable in hot, humid, loud, and slippery environments.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload pallets and cases to and from trailers.
• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology.
• Safely operate a forklift after training and certification.
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the truck floor.
• Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift
• You can lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

• You can climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You are willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant
• You are willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers
• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology
• Safely operate a forklift after we provide training and you obtain certification
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer
• Maintain general housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required
