PepsiCo Inc. in Fayetteville, TN is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to safely operate a forklift, load and unload pallets, and manage warehouse inventory using handheld scanners. The role runs Tuesday through Saturday with a 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift.

Pay is $24.31 per hour, with full-time benefits and opportunities for growth within PepsiCo. Training will be provided to ensure safe operation and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Weekend/holiday/off-shift work required.
• Lift 15–50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Climb, bend, reach, kneel, and stretch for extended periods.
• Repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Load, store, and pick pallets of beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos using forklifts and warehouse technology, keeping inventory flowing to stores that depend on you.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a forklift after training and certification


• Load and unload pallets of product to and from trailers


• Safely place and store product in multi-tiered warehouse storage


• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology


• Properly manage warehouse inventory by using handheld scanners and Inventory Control Systems


• Complete general housekeeping and sanitation tasks as needed (for example, sweeping, cleaning trailers, taking out trash)
