Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator who will safely operate a forklift to move materials and assemble orders in the lumber yard, while also serving as a backup Dispatcher to support delivery scheduling.

You will pull tickets, stock inventory, communicate with drivers, and assist with routine yard maintenance and winter snow removal as needed in a fast-paced team environment. You will be involved in maintaining inventory accuracy, loading on delivery trucks, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–12 months of previous lumber industry experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift to move, load, and unload materials.
• Pull job tickets and assemble orders in staging area.
• Enter accurate inventory counts into the system as required.
• Load banded materials onto delivery trucks and communicate with drivers.
• Back up Dispatcher: assist with coordinating deliveries and route changes.
• Assist with inventory transfer between locations and staging of orders.
