Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking entry-level forklift operators for a shift-based role at our Russellville facility. Positions cover day and night shifts with a night premium and involve loading, unloading, and processing goods in a cold storage environment.

Applicants must have at least six months of work history with one employer and be willing to work 10-12 hour shifts, overtime, and weekends. PPE is provided, and safety is a priority during all operations.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of continuous work history with a single employer in the last 12 months.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Must pass post-offer health assessment and drug screening.
• Cold storage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to load, unload, and process products in the warehouse.
• Move in a fast-paced dock and freezer area, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed to meet production deadlines.
• Follow Tyson policies and safety guidelines using provided PPE.
