Bluegrass Supply Chain in Findlay, OH is seeking a Forklift Operator for the AM shift to operate electric, propane, stand-up, reach, and cherry picker forklifts, using RF scanners and WMS to move and track inventory.

You will load, unload, stack, and stage product in a fast-paced warehouse, perform daily equipment inspections, and maintain a clean, safe work area while supporting the team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years forklift experience in warehouse/manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet or seated for extended shifts.
• Comfortable using scanners and basic warehouse technology.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric, propane, stand-up, reach, and cherry picker forklifts safely.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to move and track inventory.
• Load, unload, stack, and stage product in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report safety issues.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
