Job summary

Bluegrass Supply Chain Services, LLC in Findlay, OH, is seeking an AM Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations. The role focuses on team leadership, safety, productivity, and inventory accuracy on the morning shift.

Ideal candidates have warehouse leadership experience, forklift operation skills, and a background in shipping/receiving, inventory control, and employee development. This is a full-time, in-person position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory or team lead experience.
• 2+ years of forklift operating experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to regularly lift 50-75 pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support warehouse team members on the AM shift.
• Coordinate daily workflow to meet safety, quality, productivity, and service goals.
• Operate a forklift as needed for loading, unloading, staging, and material movement.
• Train, develop, and motivate team members to achieve performance expectations.
• Monitor productivity, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate inventory movements and complete shipping documentation.
