Job summary

Stemilt Growers in Wenatchee, WA is seeking team members for full-time, year-round night-shift warehouse positions at the Old Station Plant. The role requires operating a forklift, high-stacking bins, and loading/unloading trucks. Night schedule 3:45 pm to 1:30 am with possible weekend work and local travel.

A pre-employment drug test is required and strong English and math skills are needed. Employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision, disability, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Forklift driving experience required.
• Ability to high stack and occasionally lift 25 lbs.
• Must read/write English for pallet tickets.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Forklift certification must be obtained if not already.

Number of openings: 2 Full-Time, Year Round

Location: Warehousing – Old Station Plant

Working Shift: Night Shift

Hours & Work Days: 3:45 pm – 1:30 am. Monday – Sunday, the Schedule may vary depending on production. Travel will be local.

This position will require a pre-employment drug test.

Qualifications:

• Must have Forklift driving experience.
• Must be able to high stack.
• Must have the ability to occasionally lift 25 lbs.
• Must be flexible with working schedule, will require weekends.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read and write English for pallet tickets.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must have the ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Must have or have the ability to obtain a Forklift Certification.
• Must be able to work in a cold environment when needed.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
