Job summary

Franklin Logistics in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to keep warehouse operations moving. You’ll operate 5K and 12K forklifts, load and unload trailers, and help maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners.

This full-time, non-exempt role offers weekday hours 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, starting pay $19.75 per hour, paid training, safety-focused culture, and opportunities to advance across multiple site locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• 1 year forklift experience required.
• Must lift 25 lbs and be able to stand/walk throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate 5K and 12K forklifts.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Receive and process shipments using RF scanners.
• Complete rack put-away and stack/move pallets.
• Perform general housekeeping and safety compliance.
• Report damaged goods and maintain product handling per specs.
