Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is hiring a Material Handler I - Loader III for the Sunnyvale, TX facility. The role focuses on operating various forklifts to load/unload, pick, pack, and move products through shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities include scanning orders in the WMS, verifying stock, and conducting putaway activities while maintaining safety and accuracy. The 3rd shift runs Monday through Friday, 5:00pm–1:30am, with opportunities for growth within Mohawk.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of distribution/warehouse experience.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sit-down forklift, reach truck, and OP experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and speak English.
• Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to pick, pack, and move products within the warehouse.
• Load and unload finished products for shipping and receiving.
• Record and verify stock and logistics data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Putaway goods into designated locations and maintain accurate inventory.
• Wrap, label, and prepare boxes for shipping; monitor and ensure orders are accurate.
