Job summary

Georgia-Pacific Lebanon, TN is looking for Forklift Operators at our corrugated sheet feeder plant. You will load, unload, and move raw materials and finished goods using Clamp Trucks and forklifts in a fast-paced, noisy environment.

Starting wage is $21.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 after a 90-day probation and a $2.25 per hour 3rd shift differential. This role includes overtime, weekend work, and ongoing opportunities to increase pay based on skills and performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience safely operating Clamp Trucks, Forklifts, Tow Motors, or other mobile equipment
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Georgia‑Pacific mobile equipment license and other permits
• Experience in a paper or packaging facility is a plus

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines
• Unload paper rolls from trucks/railcars using Clamp Trucks
• Transport large paper rolls to processing areas
• Maintain clean and organized raw material storage area
• Keep accurate inventory records with scan guns
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and fueling of Clamp Trucks
