Georgia-Pacific Recycling is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Allentown, PA facility on the 2nd shift (2 pm–10 pm). You will safely operate a sit-down forklift, load and unload trailers, and ensure accurate inbound/outbound records while collaborating with teammates in a safety‑driven environment.

The role offers overtime opportunities and a compensation rate of $18.50 per hour, with potential increases based on skills and performance contributions to the mill.

Qualifications

• Previous job experience.
• 6 months or more forklift experience to load/unload trailers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to load/unload trailers.
• Ensure accurate record keeping for all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Remove debris to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Perform lifting of up to 30 lbs as required.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations during all tasks.
