CJ Logistics Americas in Stockton, CA is hiring Forklift Operators to support warehouse operations. You will operate stand‑up or sit‑down forklifts, handle loading/unloading, picking, and pallet consolidation, and ensure accurate shipping preparation.

Candidates should have 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience, can lift up to 60 lbs, and be available for the 3rd shift (Sat–Wed, Sun–Thu, or Mon–Fri 10pm–6:30am). CJ offers competitive pay, health benefits, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand‑up or sit‑down forklifts to move orders.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when needed.
• Prepare products for shipping with accuracy.
• Conduct outbound load audits and correct labels/count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the correct warehouse bays.
• Perform other duties as assigned within training and safety guidelines.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $20.28/hour + $0.75/hour shift differential
• Schedule:
  • 3rd A (Sat – Wed) 10pm – 6:30am
  • 3rd B (Sun – Thu) 10pm – 6:30am
  • 3rd C (Mon – Fri) 10pm – 6:30am

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate stand‑up or sit‑down forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy.
• Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets.
• Jump in with manual case picking when directed.
• Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays.
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise.
