Job summary

Vistar, America's leading candy, snack, and beverage distributor, is hiring a Forklift Operator, Non Formula, for a 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 4:00pm–2:45am) with a $2.00/hr shift differential. The role supports multi-temperature warehouses and stock movement.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and pallet jacks, locating slots, replenishing pick slots, performing safety checks, and ensuring GMP standards. Benefits are extensive, including health benefits from day one and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months warehouse or distribution experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly.
• Able to work the scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other material handling equipment.
• Move freight to inventory and replenish pick slots.
• Ensure safety and GMP compliance; report unsafe conditions.
• Complete paperwork and end-of-shift inventories.
• Perform general housekeeping and equipment checks.
