Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates in Lockbourne, OH for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30 pm - 12:00 am). The role focuses on accurate receiving, staging, loading/unloading trailers, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Base pay is $20.64 per hour with a $1 shift differential, plus benefits including PTO, medical, dental, vision and 401(k). Applicants must be safety-conscious, capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, and able to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, manage time and handle numbers.
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to schedule.
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Accurately match numbers & letters.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Open/close dock doors and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Package or kit finished products for shipping and label items.
• Read work orders and records to determine material needs.
• Assemble customer orders and place on pallets or shelves.
• Maintain inventory records and scan products in the WMS.
