Job summary

Pratt Industries in Lathrop, CA is seeking a Forklift Driver for the 2nd shift to safely operate and care for forklift equipment, load and unload materials, and move stock to designated machines.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, a current Lift Truck Operator License, and the ability to follow instructions, read tape measures, and perform basic math for accurate data entry and inventory records. This role reports to Shipping Supervisor and requires on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Must be qualified to properly operate forklift.
• Current Lift Truck Operator License is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Complete forklift inspections before shift and for new equipment.
• Locate stock and deliver to machines on time.
• Maintain neat, safe stock stacks in storage areas.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Assist Shipping Lead Person as needed.
• Communicate production data and safety information.
