Job summary

States Logistics Services, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift in Tolleson, AZ. You will read orders, unload trucks, assemble pallets, and move items to staging areas while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The position may require 6-day weeks and long shifts depending on volume, with starting pay $20-$24 per hour plus a $1/hr shift differential. Overtime, holidays, and advancement opportunities are possible; benefits include low medical premiums, PTO after 90 days, ESOP and

Qualifications

• Read and interpret work orders to determine items moved and shipped.
• Able to work required overtime regularly, including 10+ hour shifts, extra days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Read and accurately fill customer orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and/or shipped.
• Unload trucks, check-in products, match purchase orders to sale orders, and assist shipping and receiving; verify products against PO for discrepancies.
• Assemble customer orders on pallets and relocate to staging areas; may weigh and count items to ensure company standards.
• Ensure warehouse safety and accessibility for company and customer traffic; may perform facilities maintenance tasks as needed.
