Job summary

Bocar US is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift (2:30PM - 10:30PM) in Tanner, Alabama. The role reports to the Logistics Supervisor and involves loading/unloading, inventory recording, and coordinating with product workstations to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of forklift experience, a high school diploma, and a proven ability to work in a team with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Forklift/Tugger Operator.
• At least 3 years of continuous work in industrial, manufacturing or distribution environments or equivalent military experience.
• Must be quality conscious with attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load material.
• Identify damages and report shortages.
• Report quality deficiencies and inventory/activity logs.
• Transport raw materials to product workstations.
• Inspect machinery and determine the need for repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Overtime may be required as needed.

• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned
• Available to work overtime as needed

REQUIREMENTS (including educational requirements)

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have 2 years of experience as a Forklift/tugger Operator
• Must have 3 years of continuous work experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environment; and/or equivalent military experience.
• Must be quality conscious, paying a high degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
