Job summary

Avancez Assembly in Arlington, TX is seeking assemblers to join our team on second shift. The role requires standing for 8-9 hours, operating forklifts, loading trucks, and maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse workflow.

Staring pay is $18.75/hour with a $1.00/hour Hilo premium and a $0.50/hour shift premium. Schedule: Mon-Fri 2:00pm-10:15pm and Sat 3:00pm-12:15am. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Sit-down forklift experience 1+ years.
• Must pass post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up or sit-down forklift in a safe manner.
• Move product within warehouse and load trucks as needed.
• Unload trucks and put inventory away.
• Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high.
• Load trucks with empty dunnage.
• Must be able to stand for 8-9 hours a day.
• Must be available for overtime and weekend work.
• Must have good communication skills.
