Job summary

Integrity Trade Services, LLC is seeking a Forklift Operator in Bolingbrook, IL to support production and inventory control. The role requires planning, material handling, and adherence to safety standards within a fast-paced warehouse.

The position offers a Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shift with overtime as needed, and a comprehensive benefits package after hire. Prior warehouse experience and RF scanner familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with operating computers and RF Scanner.
• Basic math skills to calculate weight; basic reading skills to read labels.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate across departments.
• High attention to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Open to mandatory overtime including weekends.
• Ability to work well on a team but be self-motivated and independent at times.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize work by reviewing production schedule.
• Ensure inventory is available for production use to prevent delays.
• Complete cycle counts / manually count product.
• Return materials from production and consolidate racks for efficiency.
• Fulfill work order request forms in a timely manner.
• Complete daily inspection of equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Work in compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.
• Work full-time and overtime as required.
