Job summary

Legacy Supply Chain Services, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Operator for our Mt. Juliet, TN distribution center.

You will load, unload, pick, and replenish goods using Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Dock Stocker equipment in a fast-paced warehouse. Safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential as you support inventory control and operations. The role offers a 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00pm–11:30pm) with a starting pay of $20.00/hr plus a $2.00 shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One-year Cherry Picker/Order Picker, Reach Truck, or Dock Stocker experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds independently.
• Ability to work at various heights safely, adhering to safety regulations.
• Operate an electronic handheld scanner and tablet.
• Must be punctual with a demonstrated attendance record.
• Flexible to work overtime; including weekends.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Willingness to be cross trained in different departments.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Job Overview

Legacy Supply Chain is hiring Forklift Operators to support our distribution center located in Mt. Juliet, TN. As a Forklift Operator, you will be utilizing a Cherry Picker/Order Picker, Reach Truck, and/or Dock Stocker to load, unload, pick, and replenish product from trucks, containers, or bulk locations within the warehouse. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match and a monthly bonus opportunity!

Schedule and Compensation

• 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday – 3:00pm to 11:30pm
  • Starting pay rate $20.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential.
