Job summary

Legacy Supply Chain Services, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Operator for our Mt. Juliet, TN distribution center.

You will load, unload, pick, and replenish goods using Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Dock Stocker equipment in a fast-paced warehouse. Safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential as you support inventory control and operations. The role offers a 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00pm–11:30pm) with a starting pay of $20.00/hr plus a $2.00 shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
One-year Cherry Picker/Order Picker, Reach Truck, or Dock Stocker experience preferred.
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds independently.
Ability to work at various heights safely, adhering to safety regulations.
Operate an electronic handheld scanner and tablet.
Must be punctual with a demonstrated attendance record.
Flexible to work overtime; including weekends.
Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Operate Cherry Picker/Order Picker, Reach Truck, and/or Dock Stocker to load, unload, pick, and replenish products within the warehouse.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and cycle counts.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Willingness to be cross trained in different departments.
Perform other duties as needed.
