Job summary

Epson America, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Operator for the 2nd Shift in our Indianapolis-area warehouse. We welcome applicants with or without forklift experience and will provide training to certify you for warehouse duties.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• No forklift experience required - we will train you.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating reach trucks, order pickers and other material handling equipment (training provided).
• Loading and unloading trailers and containers.
• Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
• Performing putaway of inbound shipments.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and documentation procedures.
• Participating in cycle counts and maintaining a clean work area.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in our warehouse operations by:

• Safely operating reach trucks, order pickers and other material handling equipment (training provided)

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $22.00 and $22.50/hr. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
