National Beef in North Baltimore, OH is seeking a Forklift Operator for 2nd shift to move raw materials, load combos, and support safe, efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required or previous forklift operations experience.
• Must have safe forklift operation history.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment of 45 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
• Excellent attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials and load combos for initial grind.
• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift to move, transport, and stack pallets.
• Scan and verify product codes for inventory tracking.
• Properly stack and secure pallets to prevent damage.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE; report hazards or malfunctions.
• Maintain records of product movement and inventory levels.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Forklift Operator responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Move raw materials and load combos to provide the initial grind with the necessary material
• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to lift, transport, and stack pallets of goods throughout the warehouse
• Scan and verify product codes to ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting
• Properly stack and secure pallets to maintain product integrity and prevent damage
• Follow all safety procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipment, and reporting any hazards or equipment malfunctions
• Maintain accurate records of product movement and inventory levels
• Other duties as assigned

This is a safety sensitive position. This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates for the Forklift Operator position should possess the following skills

• Previous forklift operations experience
• Safe forklift operation history
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment of 45 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit
• Ability to work standing for an entire shift
• Ability to repetitively push, twist and turn for an entire shift
• Excellent attendance a must

Qualified candidates for this position will be required to successfully complete the background check.
