SUMMARY

Our manufacturing company is seeking Assemblers to join our assembly line team. We’re looking for dedicated individuals who always show up for work on time and ready to be a team player. It’s important for new hires to hit the ground running and must be able to work.

Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
Hilo Prem: $1.00/hour
Shift Premium: $0.50/hour

2nd Shift: Monday - Saturday

Schedule: Mon-Fri 2:00pm - 10:15pm
Sat 3:00pm - 12:15am

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up or sit-down forklift in a safe manner
• Move product within the warehouse and load trucks as needed
• Unload trucks and put inventory away
• Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high
• Load trucks with empty dunnage
• Make safety personal
• Must be able to stand for 8-9 hours a day
• Must be available for overtime and weekend work
• Must have good communication skills
• Maintain self-confidence and self-esteem of others
• Maintain constructive relationships
• Take initiative to make things better
• Lead by example
• Be on time
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must be a team player and be willing to work close to other employees at some stations (less than 3 feet apart)
• Must have good hand and eye coordination
• Ability to multitask and work quickly

Qualifications and Experience

• Sit down forklift experience is mandatory (1+ years)
• Must be able to pass a post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check
• Forklift experience preferred
