Responsibilities & Opportunities

Sika is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join its team in Gastonia, NC. The role involves assisting the shift supervisor in coordinating production activities, operating manufacturing lines, and adjusting operating conditions to ensure quality parts.

Additional Duties Include

• Review daily production schedules and support planning with the team lead
• Identify and suggest process improvements
• Provide materials to production lines using forklifts
• Unload/load trucks as needed
• Help pack parts as required

Qualifications

Preferred Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 months to 1 year manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of metric system, computer literacy, forklift operation, and reading/writing skills
