Job summary

XPO in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Forklift Operator to efficiently sort, load and unload freight on a busy dock. You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts, use scanners, and help secure loads for transit.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator.
• Available to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Use forklift and pallet jack and other equipment.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.
• Work safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Use mobile devices to scan and track shipments.
