Job summary

XPO is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our dock team. You will load and unload palletized freight, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and ensure freight is secured inside trailers while following safety policies.

The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, nights and weekends on a non-climate-controlled dock. Pay starts at $22.85/hour with benefits for those scheduled to work 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic math skills (with or without calculator).
• Willing to work varied shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently load and unload palletized freight.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack safely.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools.
• Scan shipments with handheld devices.
• Maintain safe working on non-climate-controlled docks.
• Adhere to XPO safety policies.
