Recruit XL is hiring a Warehouse & Yard Associate in Arizona. This full-time role focuses on forklift operation, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining an organized yard and warehouse.

The 7:30 AM–3:30 PM shift runs Monday through Friday with occasional OT for extra cash. Qualifications include 1+ year in a warehouse/yard, must speak Spanish, forklift experience (certification a plus), and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Pay: $20.50/hr (aggressive wage progression program)

Join a fast-growing fencing and decking manufacturer as a Warehouse & Yard Associate and work a consistent Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM shift—with occasional OT if you want to stack some extra cash.

You’ll be the heartbeat of daily operations—pulling orders, loading trucks, and keeping the yard clean and organized. If you’re forklift-certified and know how to hustle without cutting corners, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and move materials in the warehouse and outdoor yard
• Pull, prep, and package customer orders accurately
• Receive incoming materials and put them away properly
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized yard and warehouse environments

• Provide a positive attitude and team-first mentality to keep things running smoothly

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or yard role
• MUST SPEAK SPANISH
• Forklift experience required – certification is a big plus
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs when needed
• Solid basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Experience with building materials or lumber? Even better.
• A customer service mindset and willingness to go the extra mile
