Job summary

Premier Packaging in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an experienced forklift operator to move and stage corrugated materials in our busy facility. You will operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, load and unload trucks, and transport materials to production areas to ensure timely delivery.

You’ll help organize inventory, perform counts, and collaborate with teammates to optimize workflow. Candidates should have 1–3 years of forklift experience, basic math skills, and forklift certification is

• 1–3 years' forklift operator experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Basic math skills for counting and inventory recording.
• Familiarity with palletizing and stacking procedures.
• Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and transport corrugated materials.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas using a forklift.
• Transport materials to production areas to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in inventory organization and regular counts to maintain accuracy.
• Collaborate with teammates to optimize workflow and communicate production needs.
• Report issues or delays that may impact schedules.
