Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator in Washington to operate powered industrial lift trucks and assist with loading and unloading trailers. You will use a handheld scanner and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.

The role runs on a 1st shift, Monday–Friday (06:30am–03:00pm), with a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Trained and certified to operate powered industrial lift trucks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move product and materials.
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy.
• Load and unload trailers as needed.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment.
• Demonstrate commitment to process excellence.
• Perform inbound receiving processes.
