Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Operator for 1st shift in Washington.

You will operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers, load and unload trailers, and maintain a clean, safe work environment in a fast-paced warehouse setting. The role requires certification to operate lift trucks, a flexible schedule with possible overtime, and at least a high school diploma and 1 year of warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Certified and trained in safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy
• Load and unload trailers as needed
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times
• Display a commitment to process excellence
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy
• Perform inbound receiving processes
