Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator for 1st shift (Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm) in Omaha, NE. You will operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers, use a handheld scanner, and help load/unload trailers while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

This role requires forklift operation certification, a flexible schedule, and at least 1 year of warehouse experience. Strong teamwork and communication are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials.
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy.
• Load and unload trailers as needed.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times.
• Display a commitment to process excellence.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy.
• Perform inbound receiving processes.
