Job summary

World Wide Technology in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator for 1st shift to receive, move, pick and ship items across our warehouse and integration operations.

You will operate PIT equipment, follow safety guidelines, and work with a team to meet deadlines, with occasional overtime and a non-climate-controlled environment. This role requires 2+ years warehousing experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• 2+ years of warehousing experience.
• Ability to operate PIT at height 25+ feet.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of safety and best practices while operating PIT, Crane or Box Truck.
• Identify areas for efficiency and process improvement within own area.
• Apply new ideas to enhance outputs and track progress with established tools.
• Learn and support receiving, shipping and warehousing processes.
• Work with supervisors to set goals and priorities and manage time effectively.
• Remain focused to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comply with safety guidelines and promote 5S warehouse practices.
