Job summary

Utz Quality Foods, LLC is hiring a Logistics Loader/Warehouse Person in Tolleson, AZ for 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM). The role involves pulling products in proper rotation, loading/unloading, and maintaining efficient trailer cube usage, with emphasis on safety and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include rapid, accurate order fulfillment, inventory support, and ensuring products are prepared for shipping per safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
• Recent forklift operating experience and ability to be certified day one of employment is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure the accurate handling and shipping of products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

As a Logistics Loader/Warehouse Person this candidate receives shipping manifest and pulls product in proper rotation order while maximizing cube of trailer . This position works Monday-Friday, 6:00AM - 2:00PM.
