Job summary

Steel Technologies in Santa Teresa, NM, is seeking a Forklift Operator to move materials through the plant following production standards. Safety is paramount, and we expect you to reliably support daily goals and production flow.

You will operate forklift, load/unload, maintain certification, and report quality issues. The position includes benefits after 60 days, uniform provides, and opportunities for career advancement.

As a Forklift Operator at Steel Technologies, your main responsibility is to ensure material is being moved throughout the plant according to production standards. • Ability to use tape measures, micrometers and calipers
• Ability to comply with safety rules and requirements
• Ability to pass and maintain forklift licenses
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
