Midwest Refrigerated Services, Inc. in Belvidere, IL is seeking a Full-time warehouse associate to move products through the facility and maintain accurate inventory. This role operates in a cooler and upholds safety standards while supporting shipping and receiving and order fulfillment.

Midwest Refrigerated Services is a full-service 3PL company providing refrigerated logistics services for the food industry. Based in Milwaukee, WI, we operate the largest fresh 48 state LTL consolidation pool with more than 100+ trucks, and offer multiple sites with cooler, and air-conditioned storage, distribution and cross-docking services. This position is primarily responsible for the daily movement of product throughout the warehouse and maintaining accurate reconciliation of product.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work in a cooler (34-38F)
• Ability to read/write/speak in English
• Good computer aptitude and math skills
• Lift up to 60 pounds frequently and 80+ pounds.
• Experience working within RF controlled inventory systems or with food products is a plus
• Ability to work weekends and overtime
• Exceptional attendance record

Prerequisites:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Experience operating a forklift or powered pallet jacks
• Previous experience with RF controlled inventory systems (a plus)
