Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking dependable Forklift Operators in Albert Lea, MN. Join a clean, safe warehouse environment and help load and unload products to fulfill customer orders on tight schedules.

We offer shift options: 1st shift 6:00 AM–2:30 PM at $20.50/hr and 2nd shift May–Nov 10:30 AM–7:00 PM, $21.50/hr; potential for overtime and full-time opportunities. Weekly pay and a fast hiring process are part of our benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimally 1 year forklift operating experience.
• Must be available to work overtime when needed.
• Warehouse experience with inventory tracking devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move products and materials.
• Use handheld scanner with high accuracy to track orders.
• Load and unload trailers as needed.
• Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to the 7S program.
• Support process excellence and follow the supply chain quality policy.
• Perform inbound receiving processes.

We are in immediate need of Forklift Operators! Assist in loading and unloading products to fulfill customer orders in a clean and safe warehouse environment.

• 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM ($20.50/hr)
• 2nd Shift: May - November M-F 10:30AM to 7:00PM | November - May M-F 2:30PM to 11:00PM ($21.50)

Responsibilities:

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack, or move products, equipment, and materials
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy
• Load and unload trailers as needed
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times
• Display a commitment to process excellence
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy
• Perform inbound receiving processes

Working hours:

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
