Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services in Rogers, AR is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate sit-down forklifts and support shipping/receiving. This temp-to-hire role offers 1st and 3rd shifts (6 AM–6 PM / 6 PM–6 AM), with 60–70 hours weekly and overtime possible.

Pay is $19–$20 per hour. Requirements include forklift certification, at least 1 year of forklift experience, HS diploma, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Operate sit-down electric and propane forklifts to move warehouse materials.
• Support shipping, receiving, material staging, and truck loading.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate warehouse workflow.
• Current forklift certification is required.
• At least 1 year of forklift operating experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, twist, bend, and sit for 8 hours or longer.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts to move materials safely throughout the warehouse.
• Load trucks as needed and support shipping and receiving activities.
• Read tape measures and follow basic written instructions to complete warehouse tasks accurately.
• Assist with material handling, staging, inventory movement, and general warehouse functions.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all equipment and workplace safety procedures.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and shipping personnel to support daily operations.
