Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ months shipping/receiving experience.
• Willing to work a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts and day/night rotation as needed.
• Neat & handwriting.

Responsibilities

• Move finished product to the stretch-wrap machine for shipment.
• Remove full scrap bins and replace with empty bins.
• Stock empty cartons on line as needed.
• Empty trash bins at end of shift.
• Adjust rolls at unwind stand as needed.
• Stock pallets on line as needed.
• Inspect containers and trailers per SQF requirements and complete the Dock Inspection Checklist.
• Change forklift battery or propane tanks daily.
• Inspect forklift for safety devices and mechanical condition.
• Assist Supervisor/Lead with tasks requiring a forklift.
• Follow safety protocols and report safety concerns promptly.
