Job summary

Trivium Packaging is seeking a shipping and receiving associate to unload/load products and fulfill customer requests in a timely, organized manner. This role operates primarily on a tow motor, requiring safety awareness, and reports to the shipping and production managers.

You will work in a manufacturing environment with noisy machinery, lifting up to 55 lbs, and reading BOM paperwork. Responsibilities include inspecting tow motors, placing materials correctly, banding and wrapping skids, and

Qualifications

• Previous experience with operating tow motor.
• HazMat cleanup and safety knowledge.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks preferred.
• Time management and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a team player with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50–55 lbs and sit on tow motor.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Conduct tow motor inspections before and after shift.
• Put received materials in correct location.
• Banding and wrapping skids.
• Understand BOM and paperwork for loading procedures.
• Retrieve raw materials for operators.
• Operate a scan gun to fetch products and move to correct spot.
• Authority to stop/modify work processes for safety or non-conformance.
• Report potential food safety concerns to QA manager.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Duties

• Loading and unloading trucks.

Conducttowmotor inspections before and after shift and report any issues.

Putting received materials incorrectlocation.

Banding and wrapping skids.

Understand bill of materials (BOM) and other paperwork to ensure specifications are being met for loading procedures.

Retrieve raw materials for operators.

Operate a scan gun to retrieve products and take them tocorrectspot.

Authority to stop and/ormodifywork processes due to non-conformance and/or unsafe working conditions.

Report all potential food safety concerns to the quality assurance manager.

Perform all other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

Previousexperience withoperatingatowmotor.

Knowledge of HazMat clean up and safety

Previousexperience in loading and unloading trucks is preferred

Time management andproblem-solvingskills.

Must be a team player andpossessa "can do" attitude.

Ability tolift upto 50-55 lbs. and sit ontowmotorfor periods of time or walking/standing on concrete.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.

This position will work in a manufacturing environment where our warehouses arelocated. This position will primarily use a lift truck to complete the essential job duties and will be exposed to machinery thatproducenoise.
