Will operate a forklift to load, unload, transport, and stack materials. Manually load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, platforms, cars, or lifting devices.

Requirements

• Must work safely at all times.
• Forklift license required.
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and auxiliary equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, recharging batteries, fueling, or replacing liquefied-gas tanks.
• Operate or tend automatic shrink-wrap machines.
• Ability to load materials onto various containers, including flatbeds.
• Perform routine cleaning and strapping of bricks in the yard.
• Perform routine cleaning of two warehouses.
• Perform any other duties outlined by management.

Educational, Experience, & Skill Requirements

• Forklift license required (certification through Pine Hall Brick).
• 1+ year experience operating forklifts preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs regularly.
• Must be able to twist, stoop, climb, and bend regularly.
• Steel toe shoes are required.
