Job summary

Staffmark in Windsor, CT is hiring a Forklift Operator to work on-site with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. The schedule is Sunday to Friday, 3 PM to 3 AM (or until the work is done).

The role involves safely transporting materials, supporting inventory movement, and helping maintain efficient warehouse operations. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 1 year of sit-down forklift experience and RF scanner familiarity.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sit-down forklift, shipping, and/or outbound experience.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and organize palletized materials.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation.
• Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping documentation, and storage locations.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.

• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
